L'internet est l'application des RFCs de l'IETF. S'y greffe ensuite les applications Libres ou Propiétaires d'un grand nombre de "standards" par de grandes ou petites organisations, qui +/- sous le couvert de milliers de lois à travers le monde, font loi pour les utilisateurs du digital. Nous avons dans l'idée de faire de tout cela une "[http://friendstech.mp FriendsTech]", une technologie pour et par les copains. Mais il s'agit d'une ambition qui nécessiterait un solide budget de quelques centaines de millier d'euros pour faire économiser aux utilisateurs (renommés "consommateurs") les milliards qu'ils y perdent. Ainsi va le monde !

L'idée est ici de partir d'un coup de chiffon sur les tables du Cafédu.Com et de présenter à chacun des RFC qui comptent s'ils veulent comprendre de quoi il s'agit. Dans l'espoir qu'un prof d'UIT s'en serve pour faire faire à ses élèves un compendium de base de la technologie IETF.
